We have a NO RETURN POLICY because our products are carefully handmade and cannot be damaged during shipping. Our customer service representatives will handle the complaint appropriately.
Refund policy
JOASH strictly enforces a NO REFUND POLICY. Orders that have been executed cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Shipping policy
We provide FREE Prepaid Shipping on orders above Rs 899/ . Your product's shipment is our top priority. As everything is handmade by us, it will take 5 -7 working days to process and ship the order.
Payment policy
Cash On Delivery (COD) is NOT available. You can also pay through Gpay or Paytm
