We have a NO RETURN POLICY because our products are carefully handmade and cannot be damaged during shipping. Our customer service representatives will handle the complaint appropriately.

JOASH strictly enforces a NO REFUND POLICY. Orders that have been executed cannot be cancelled.
4.What is your shipping policy?
We provide FREE Prepaid Shipping on orders above Rs 899/ . Your product's shipment is our top priority. As scrunchies and other products are handmade by us, it will take 5 -7 working days to process and ship the order.
5.What is your payment policy?
Cash On Delivery (COD) is NOT available. You can pay through Gpay, PhonePe, Paytm and by cards.
